- Custom or personalized items, as well as certain accessories (such as earrings), may not be eligible for return.

3. Refunds and Exchanges
- Once your return is received, we will process your refund or exchange with due diligence.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
